Description: On August 22, 2012, Plaintiff was present at the scene when his friend was being arrested because he had received a prior call describing that he would be arrested at that time and location. Plaintiff approached his friend and the defendant officers and accused by defendant officers of driving the arrestee's vehicle, which Plaintiff denied. Defendant officers accused Plaintiff of lying and handcuffed him to be transported to the 73rd precinct, where he was charged falsely with an obscure ordinance regarding the prohibition against carrying certain piping materials without proof of ownership. All charges were eventually dismissed.
