Description: On June 11, 2020, Plaintiff was stopped, seized, arrested and detained by, or at the direction of, defendants, including JUSTIN HOLLEY and other unknown police officers, although Plaintiff did not commit any crime. Defendants, including physically removed Plaintiff from his vehicle and restrained him by grabbing Plaintiff with their bodies and limbs, despite possessing no legal basis to do. Defendants applied the handcuffs in an excessively tight fashion. Defendants then proceeded to illegally search Plaintiff’s person by subjecting Plaintiff to illegal strip-searches with attendant cavity inspections of his person.
