Complaint
Description: Plaintiff noticed that the defendants were following him in a van while he was walking. When the defendants exited the vehicle, they shoved the plaintiff against the van twice and handcuffed him. Defendant SSA Cleveland made the handcuffs excessively tight. Plaintiff was taken to the 104th precinct and charged with an act of public lewdness and his charge was later dismissed.
