Description: Defendant Officers stopped the bus on which plaintiff was traveling. The Plaintiff stepped off the bus, and the defendant officers handcuffed and arrested her. Plaintiff was transported to the 66th precinct and detained for 4 hours before being released. Some of her personal property was missing upon release. She was charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree, but the DA declined to prosecute.
