Description: On July 17, 2016, at approximately 9:00 p.m., Plaintiff was at the 103rd Street 6 Train Subway Station in New York City engaging in no illegal behavior or suspicious activity. There, Police Officer Michael Ayala and Sergeant Welinton Gomez and other unnamed John Does #1-10 a officers, unlawfully stopped, questioned, frisked, and searched Plaintiff. Officers did not recover any illegal drugs, weapons or contraband from plaintiff or from her possession, custody, or control. Plaintiff was handcuffed and taken to the 23rd Precinct without probable cause or legal justification.
