Description: On September 7, 2019, plaintiff was waiting with a friend who was urinating on a building when officers Robert Done and David Salazar attempted to arrest him. Officers Christopher Wit and Gregory Garraputa arrived, and all four tackled plaintiff to the ground and hit him repeatedly. Plaintiff was tightly handcuffed and transported to Bellevue Hospital via an ambulance, where his feet were shackled. Plaintiff was held at the precinct, and the next day he was arraigned based on Officer Robert Done's false testimony that he pushed an officer and resisted arrest.
