Description: Defendant Officers approached Plaintiff on the street, threw him against a wall, tightly handcuffed him, and arrested him for allegedly selling drugs earlier that day. Plaintiff charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree and strip searched him. While out on bail, Defendant Officers followed Plaintiff for several days and 11 days after his initial arrest, he was assaulted and arrested again by some of the same officers. defendants told plaintiff he would be charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance again if he didn't confess to the first charges. He was strip-searched again and the DA Declined to Prosecute the new charges. His original charges were dismissed.
