Description: Plaintiff got into a verbal argument with a woman who started attacking and assaulting him while on the subway. Defendant Officers arrived to the scene at a train stop and despite evidence that showed Plaintiff was the victim and not perpetrator of the attack, he was arrested and taken to a hospital and then precinct. Plaintiff was charged with Assault in the 3rd Degree and Disorderly Conduct, which were later dismissed.
