Description: On April 1, 2019, while lawfully present inside the Sprint Store located at 456 Fulton Street in Brooklyn, NY, the plaintiff was unlawfully approached, questioned, searched, assaulted, battered, arrested, and detained by defendants, including Cardona, Kocher, Chew, Merslich, Meija, and John Does 1-10, in an excessive manner without legal justification and solely because of his race and national origin. The defendants physically restrained the plaintiff, tackled him to the ground, and punched, kicked, and struck his body, face, neck, knees, and head. They then proceeded to illegally search the plaintiff, including the humiliating act of pulling off his pants and underwear, exposing his private parts in full view...
