Description: On or about November 12, 2015 at approximately 10:30 AM, plaintiff was about to enter the courtroom when she was arrested and handcuffed by detective Edgar Bragg and unidentified (John Doe) police officers on charges of criminal contempt. Plaintiff was transferred to the 107th Precinct where she remained in a cell for several hours. After having been arraigned, plaintiff was ordered to return to court. Plaintiff's case would later be dismissed upon application of the Queens County District Attorney.
