Description: On November 30, 2013, Plaintiff Christopher Rivera was operating a 2009 Nissan Altima in Bronx County, New York. Plaintiffs Richard Moreno, Jonathan Reyes, Rafael Robles, and Jaime Vega were passengers in the vehicle. Rivera's vehicle was pulled over by a police van and Defendant Officer Derek Bruno approached the vehicle and stated they were being pulled over for having tinted windows. He then asked for Plaintiff Rivera's license and registration and Rivera complied. Defendant Bruno left the vehicle in order to verify the registration and a female officer approached.
