Complaint
Description: On June 2, 2018, Plaintiff was inside a Jimmy Jazz clothing store, when Plaintiff was suddenly accosted by NYPD officers, including Officer Brian Davis (Shield No. 25667), Officer Carl Wesarg (Shield No. 19684), and other unidentified officers. The officers handcuffed Plaintiff and placed Plaintiff under arrest without any just cause or provocation. During the arrest, Plaintiff was assaulted and attacked, resulting in a left orbital blowout fracture, corneal abrasion, and other physical injuries.
