Description: On December 3, 2012, Plaintiff was forcefully and unlawfully stopped, questioned, frisked, searched, detained, and falsely arrested/imprisoned by Defendant Police Officers Ryan Flanagan, Paula Serna, and James Taylor, who took him to the 14th Precinct and Central Booking and then maliciously prosecuted him with falsified evidence. Plaintiff was detained for approximately 24 hours in filthy and deplorable conditions before his bail was set, and as he couldn't post it he was detained for approximately 3.5 months at the Manhattan Detention Center. Plaintiff lost his job, and suffered high blood pressure and severe emotional distress as a result.
