Description: On May 13, 2020, at approximately 7:00 a.m., plaintiff arrived at a friend's apartment. Within five minutes of plaintiff's arrival, defendant-officers, including officers Peter Ramos (Shield No. 12134), Sergeant Kitwane Lewis , Ryon Malcolm, Michael Landi (Shield No. 762), Maximo Perezcoyloe (Shield No. 222) and Kanesha Smith (Shield No. 12210), aggressively knocked down the residence's door and alleged they were executing a search warrant targeted at plaintiff's friend's half-sister.
