Description: On August 19, 2020, near 150 East 18th Street in Brooklyn, New York, where plaintiff resided with a roommate, plaintiff was wrongfully arrested by certain defendant officers, including Louis Scara and otherwise unnamed officers John or Jane Does 1-10, despite having not committed any crimes or violations of law and despite the fact there were no indications of such. Indeed, plaintiff had himself contacted the police while in the process of fleeing his emotionally disturbed and violent roommate, who had physically attacked plaintiff causing visible injuries to him, including bleeding lacerations to his forehead.
