Description: On January 19, 2022, Plaintiff was pulled over by PO Wienclaw and Martinez while parked in his own car recently purchased. The police officers stated that the temporary Texas license plate on the car’s rear was not visible and the window tints too dark. Despite Plaintiff providing a copy of the temporary plate information, his title and his driver’s license and the DMV check confirming that the car was properly registered, police officers maliciously overcharged Plaintiff with felony possession of forged instrument. Subsequently the Sgt. Tannazzo arrived at the scene and allowed PO Vinclaw and Martinez to arrest Plaintiff without any probable cause. Plaintiff was assaulted and battered and taken to the 83rd Pr...
