Description: On or about February 9, 2021 at approximately 7:00 pm, the defendants, police officers, Peter Mombrun (shield #5163), Jamaal Miller (shield #1363) and Alex Nulman (tax #94361), without any legal basis or justification, grabbed and assaulted Ahmad Musa in the vicinity of a building located at 509 85th street, Brooklyn, New York . While restraining Mr. Musa, Officer Mombrun, Miller and Nulman violently contorted Mr. Musa's arms and wrists and applied handcuffs in an excessively tight fashion. Mr. Musa complained that the handcuffs were too tight, but his pleas were ignored by the officers. Description: Plaintiff got into an argument with another individual who shot him in the face. Plaintiff was taken to the hospital and woke up later handcuffed to the bed. Officers went to hospital to question plaintiff and did not read him his Miranda rights. Once released from the hospital, Plaintiff was taken to the 71st Precinct and charged with unspecified crimes that were dismissed.
