Description: On or about April 5, 2022, when plaintiff was in NYC subway station at Livonia Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue, plaintiff was approached by police officers while he was about to board the subway. Police officers Dani Torosian (Sheild No. 16888), Edward Diaz (Sheild No. 8674), Wilson Richard (Sheild No. 2744) told the plaintiff to “Step over here to the side”. Police officers asked plaintiff to show id, a request that plaintiff satisfied immediately. However, police officers arrested plaintiff without any arrest warrant.
