Description: On October 26, 2014, at around 2am Plaintiff Marvin Harris and his wife, three step-daughters and cousin were present at his residence in the Bronx. Defendant officers informed the Plaintiff that they had received a noise complaint from the Plaintiff's landlord who lives in the basement below them. A few days before, NYPD officers had come to the Plaintiff's home at around 6am in response to a noise complaint made by the landlord despite the Plaintiff's family being asleep. Description: On September 17, 2014, Plaintiff was at Mount Saint Michael Academy, located at 4300 Murdock Avenue in Bronx, New York, from approximately 7:00 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. Plaintiff is a referee for the Metropolitan Football Officials Association and was there for a referee meeting. As he left, he walked toward his motorcycle, when he heard someone yell "put your hands up!" Plaintiff turned to see a Hispanic male, who later identified himself as Defendant P.O.
