Description: While exiting a train at Grand Central, two plainclothes officers accosted Plaintiff and forced him to the ground in response to his asking for their identification. Defendant Officers charged Plaintiff with Forcible Touching, Resisting Arrest, and Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree, despite victims testimony that Plaintiff did not touch her. All charges later dismissed.
