Description: On March 15, 2022, PO CASSELLS falsely accused Plaintiff based on the landlord’s false accusation that Plaintiff cut the landlord’s tire. In fact, Plaintiff was more than 50 miles away in Danbury, Connecticut, at the accused time. PO CASSELLS falsely arrested and held him in a cell for five hours. The Plaintiff was further unlawfully denied food, medical attention, and access to counsel. As a result, the dismissal is anticipated due to the lack of evidence.
