Description: On October 27, 2012, Plaintiff noticed NYPD Police Officer Dean Cassells arresting an unknown person on the hood of Plaintiff's vehicle. He inquired if he could move his vehicle. For no reason, another NYPD Police Officer charged at him, and slammed him into a police vehicle. He was then taken to the precinct and falsely charged with disorderly conduct.
