Description: On December 25, 2016, Defendants wrongfully touched, grabbed, handcuffed, and seized the Plaintiff. Defendants made false and inaccurate statements claiming that Plaintiff was committing the crimes of obstructing governmental administration, unlawful possession of marijuana, and resisting arrest. Defendants assaulted and battered Plaintiff with a baton and pepper spray. Plaintiff suffers from severe and permanent injuries of a psychological nature.
