Description: On April 10, 2019, Plaintiff was at a house party when PO Frank Beers, Thomas Riley, John McManus and John Does 1-10 entered the apartment despite possessing no probable cause, consent, or warrant to do so. Plaintiff was questioned and illegally searched. Using excessive force, PO grabbed Plaintiff and handcuffed him with excessive tightness. PO maliciously accused Plaintiff of criminal possession of a weapon and possession of pistol ammunition falsely purposed to have been observed in plain view. Plaintiff was taken to a NYPD precinct and a central booking where he was confined to various cells until his arraignment.
