Description: On December 13, 2012, plaintiff was on W. 157th St. New York, NY, when he called his friend to see if the friend was home. When plaintiff learned his friend was not home, plaintiff left the vicinity but was stopped by defendant officers. Plaintiff told defendants why he was there when asked, and then defendants got out of the vehicle and frisked plaintiff. Defendants prevented plaintiff from leaving and continued questioning him. Plaintiff refused to answer further questions. Plaintiff was then arrested on three false trespassing charges and taken to a precinct.
