Description: On August 2, 2023, Donnie McCray was lawfully present at the bus stop at East 161st St and Melrose Ave when he was approached, assaulted and battered by PO Michael Minetti and PO John and Jane Does. Donnie was grabbed violently and forcefully placed in handcuffs. He was subsequently taken to the 42nd Precinct, where he was processed, questioned, and placed in a holding cell. He requested medical attention but was declined and was eventually transported to a hospital for treatment of his injuries while in handcuffs and leg shackles.
