Description: On June, 1 2019, in the vicinity of 119 5th Ave New York, New York, the plaintiff was walking down the street of 5th Avenue when multiple unidentified individuals of a large protesting crowd began to smash the windows of buildings. Plaintiff was simply an observer of the crimes being committed. Nonetheless, the defendants approached plaintiff, aimed their guns at her, and assaulted her. She was held face down on the ground in front of the store being burglarized with broken glass in her face. While on the floor, one of the defendants shoved their handgun into her spine and affixed handcuffs on her extremely tightly.

Description: On March 30, 2019 Mark Roggemann ("Plaintiff") was lawfully present on the street when he was assaulted and battered, intentionally, without probable cause, by Police Officers Kaycee Alston, John and Jane Does ("Defendants") then intentionally confined against his will
Defendants acted intentionally, recklessly and with utter disregard to the
consequences of their actions and caused severe emotional distress to the Plaintiff
Defendants, without justification, without probable cause, created and submitted an erroneous police report in an effort to cover up the aforesaid and initiate a prosecution in bad faith.
Plaintiff has suffered both physically and mentally as a result.
