Description: On March 18, 2009, Plaintiff Tyrone Olden was standing on a sidewalk in the Bronx when he was approached by Defendant Officer Michael Delgardo, pushed against a building, placed into an arm bar head-lock, searched, and placed into handcuffs. When Plaintiff asked what he had done wrong, he was told to "shut up". Defendant Officers Delgardo, John Ferretti, and Segeant Gilbert Hoa falsely charged Plaintiff with Robber in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Degree. As well as Grand Larceny and Possession of Stolen Property. All charges were dismissed on May 26, 2011.
