Description: On January 12, 2017, the Plaintiff was forcibly removed from the Lincoln Center by Officers Barker and Hickey after an altercation with Lincoln Center security guards in the bathroom of a parking garage. Plaintiff asked the officers why he was being removed and they responded that they did not know and threatened to arrest him. When the Plaintiff began to walk to the NYPL branch on the Lincoln Center campus, the officers chased him and physically barred him from entering. Plaintiff then acquiesced and left the area.
