Description: Defendant stopped and questioned Plaintiff while he was visiting his friend at their residence and when Plaintiff asked why he was being hassled he was assaulted by two un-uniformed officers and two uniformed officers. Plaintiff brought to 72nd precinct and charged with § 140.10A Criminal Trespass in the Third Degree, § 221.05 Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, §205.30 Resisting Arrest, § 140.05 Criminal Trespass in the 4th Degree, and§ 140.15, Criminal Trespass in the 2nd Degree, all later dismissed
