Description: Plaintiff was smoking a cigarette on his stoop when defendant officers walked by and asked him where the marijuana was and for ID. Plaintiff said he was not required to give them ID and went inside his home when officers kicked down the door, tightly handcuffed him, and took him to the 75th Precinct where he was given a summons for marijuana possession. Charges were dismissed and Plaintiffs home had been ransacked when he got home.
