Description: On July 28, 2012 Antuan Grant was near the intersection of Parsons Boulevard and Archer Avenue with Ebony Burrowes and Dahima Howell, all three were going to a nearby grocery store together. A marked NYPD patrol car pulled up, P.O.s Eric Callagy and Robert Miga exited the car and demanded Grant and his companions to freeze. P.O.s had their hands on their revolvers in the ready position. Grant and his companions complied, P.O.s directed grant to put his hands on the wall and an unknown P.O. searched grant, finding nothing. Description: On March 17, 2012, Plaintiff and his friend left a club and walked into the adjoining parking lot to find their ride home. Once outside, Plaintiff and his friend were approached by several officers and told to move. Plaintiff did not respond and started walking out of the lot. The officers approached Plaintiff again, told him he was not moving fast enough, and pushed him toward the street. The Defendant officers then grabbed Plaintiff, spun him around, and threw him to the ground.
