Description: On February 16, 2024, on a street in Brooklyn, Plaintiff IKEAM CUNNINGHAM was, without consent or cause, unlawfully stopped and detained by Defendants NYPD Officers P.O. HAIM LEVI and P.O. HEKMATULLAH MUKHTARZA. The officers placed handcuffs on the plaintiff and detained him without reasonable or probable cause, resulting in a false arrest. As a result of the false arrest, the plaintiff experienced pain, suffering, humiliation, and personal injury. On May 29, 2024, all criminal charges against plaintiff were dismissed.
