Description: On January 31, 2018 at approximately 7:00 p.m, Plaintiff Keith Johnson was unlawfully stopped, searched, assaulted, and detained by the defendants, the City of New York, New York City Police Department, Officer Guadalup Almeida, Officer Luke Brennan, and unnamed officers, John Doe and John Roe. The plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of East 166th Street and Webster Avenue in the Bronx when the defendants approached and detained him in an aggressive manner without a warrant, reasonable cause, or probable cause.
