Description: On January 19, 2022, Plaintiff was pulled over by PO Wienclaw and Martinez while parked in his own car recently purchased. The police officers stated that the temporary Texas license plate on the car’s rear was not visible and the window tints too dark. Despite Plaintiff providing a copy of the temporary plate information, his title and his driver’s license and the DMV check confirming that the car was properly registered, police officers maliciously overcharged Plaintiff with felony possession of forged instrument. Description: On November 4, 2020, NYPD Officers including Officer Tannazzo approached and stopped Plaintiff while Plaintiff was lawfully present inside the building located on Foster Avenue with his attorney. Approximately a day prior, on November 3, Plaintiff was made aware that the Officers were seeking to arrest Plaintiff for an incident that occurred on August 17, 2020 without warrant, probable cause, or reasonable suspicion.
