Description: On or about June 16 Plaintiff was awarded temporary custody of child F.J.S-R. and the child's father was awarded weekly visitation. Thereafter Plaintiff reported to ACS the father was returning F.J.S-R. in poor health, sometimes with swelling to private areas. These instances were corroborated by hospital staff and the child's pediatrician, who suggested visits be suspended until an investigation was conducted. Plaintiff successfully obtained an order suspending the father's visitations and on or about June 15, 2010 went to the 72nd Precinct on her attorney's advice to report a possible molestation charge against the father.
