Description: Plaintiff left a lounge after mace was sprayed and tried to get his friend help who had trouble breathing. Defendants, refused to help and then unlawfully pushed, grabbed, detained, and arrested Plaintiff. Plaintiff was brought to the 67th Precinct, charged with Dis Con, and accepted an Adjournment in Contemplation of Dismissal at arraignments.
