Description: On or about February 12, 2016, the plaintiff was unlawfully removed from the train by defendants, Police Officer Giselle Zaya and other officers. The plaintiff was unlawfully stopped, detained, and thereafter arrested and imprisoned by defendants. The plaintiff was released from custody on February 16, 2016. As a result of defendants' conducts, plaintiff suffered serious, severe physical, personal and emotional injuries.
