Description: On February 3, 2013, was driving in his cab in his employment as a driver, looking for passengers, when he stopped at the corner of 178th Street and Broadway, Washington Heights, NY. 2 female pedestrians approached the cab. Plaintiff asked where they wanted to go and one of the females asked if he wanted sexual favors. Plaintiff immediately drove away and stopped when defendant officers rushed his car with guns drawn and forcibly removed him from the cab. Plaintiff was thrown to the ground, handcuffed, punched, kicked, and arrested. Plaintiff was transported to the precinct, the central booking and charged with soliciting a prostitute.
