Complaint
Description: On June 19, 2012, Plaintiff was physically in a bank where he complained that a teller failed to deposit $200 of $400 deposit he made. Plaintiff was told not to return to the bank without the police. Plaintiff then stepped out of the bank, dialled the NYPD, and told them that the bank had robbed him of $200. When the Defendant NYPD officers Alton and Heize arrived, they physically assaulted him, threw him face first onto a gurney, forced him into an ambulance, and stuck him in the locked psych ward of a hospital where he was held for two days. The EMS workers who attended to Plaintiff did not behave better than the police. No criminal charges of any kind ere ever filed against Plaintiff.
