Description: On September 15th, 2020, Defendants NYPD Police Officer Salvatore Comodo and Police Officer John Doe arrested Plaintiff Michael Pacheco after alleging that he stole another apartment resident's photos. On or about July 22nd, 2020, Malaysa Verdejo informed the NYPD that her Amazon package was taken from her apartment building at 540 West 52nd Street, New York, NY without her permission. One of the defendants--NYPD Police Officer Salvatore Comodo--was directed to investigate Verdejo's claims.
