Description: Plaintiff was searched on the street by Defendant Officers, wherein they confiscated his car keys, assaulted him, and handcuffed him before searching his vehicle to find a bottle of liquor. Plaintiff was brought to the 111th Precinct to be booked and held, during which he was brought 112th Precinct for a breathalyzer test. Plaintiff was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. These charges were dropped at arraignments.
