Description: This complaint was brought by Elicia Green on behalf of her minor son S.D.. On February 29, 2024, Officer Nestor Allende (Tax #960586) and two John Doe officers stopped and searched S.D., despite not having a warrant or probable cause to do so. They then grabbed, handcuffed, and arrested him using excessive force. S.D. was incarcerated for over 24 hours, held at various police stations, correctional facilities, and a courthouse. Defendants initiated criminal proceedings against S.D., but all charges were terminated in S.D.'s favor. The stop was likely a product of the city's "Stop and Frisk" program.

Description: On May 27, 2019, Plaintiff was attacked by PO Nestor Allende and others, yet unidentified. They used a Taser on Plaintiff, beat him, and forcefully placed him in handcuffs, causing severe injuries. Plaintiff was arrested and taken to the 47th Precinct, then to Jacobi Medical Center, and finally to Central booking, before being released the following day.
