Complaint
Description: Plaintiff had a pin to hold his broken glasses together. When he was going through security at school, School Safety officer Bravo stopped him and attempted to confiscate his eyeglasses. When Plaintiff objected, defendant School Safety Agents grabbed him, slammed him violently to the ground, pinned him there and handcuffed him. Defendant Emmanuel eventually issued him a summons for Disorderly Conduct. While Plaintiff was writing a statement in the principal's office, officers entered, assaulted him, and threatened him. His summons was later dismissed.
