Description: On August 22, 2022, PO SILVA, DOE, and ROE approached Plaintiff in the vicinity of 315 East 143 Street without probable cause, reasonable cause, or any legal justification. The Plaintiff was arraigned after his arrest and, therefore, falsely and maliciously prosecuted for committing a crime. The plaintiff remained incarcerated for over 24 hours and was required to make numerous court appearances until all charges against the Plaintiff were terminated favorably.
