Description: On July 14, 2023, plaintiff was stopped by the defendants. The defendants had no warrant to arrest plaintiff, but arrested and handcuffed him. Upon arrival at the jail, the police subjected plaintiff to a humiliating search and confiscated all his money and personal belongings. plaintiff was then incarcerated in a cell. Eventually, plaintiff was released from jail after about 58 hours in police custody. After being released from jail, the New York County DA's Office declined to prosecute plaintiff.

Description: On or about October 21, 2016, at approximately 10:15 am, Plaintiff was operating a vehicle near 464 West 126th Street in the County of New York, when she was stopped by Defendant, Officer Lysette Feliciano and Officer John Doe 1 and was falsely arrested, detained, assaulted and battered. Defendants performed a traffic stop of Plaintiff's car when it was stopped in a parked position. Defendants failed to investigate the minimal amount needed to ascertain the necessary facts before the execution of an arrest of Plaintiff.
