Description: On August 24, 2021, defendants entered plaintiff’s apartment, handcuffed and arrested Plaintiff despite not being engaged in any unlawful or illegal behavior. After his arrest, plaintiff was transported to the 42nd precinct where he was strip searched and placed into a cell with other male prisoners. After being held for several hours at the 42nd precinct, Plaintiff was transported to central booking. On the next day, plaintiff was released from central booking after the District Attorney’s Office declined to prosecute his arrest.
