Description: On January 22, 2020, plaintiff Chelsea Rojas, while lawfully inside her apartment at 101 Humboldt Street in Brooklyn, breastfeeding her 1-week-old son, was subjected to an unlawful stop, question, frisk, search, false arrest, and false imprisonment by the defendant New York City police officers. In addition, Plaintiff was subjected to a First Amendment retaliation claim when Defendants refused to allow Plaintiff to breast feed or pump her milk, or take her to a hospital, causing permanent physical injury.
