Description: On November 29, 2019, plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of East 138th Street and Gerard Avenue, Bronx, when defendant police officers, without any probable cause or legal justification, approached plaintiff for no reason other than his race and summarily stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained him in an excessive manner. Plaintiff was then handcuffed and arrested. While in custody, plaintiff was subjected to a strip-search. During arraignment, plaintiff was falsely prosecuted with committing a crime, but all charges against plaintiff were eventually terminated in his favor. As a result of defendants' actions, plaintiff sustained severe physical injuries and emotional trauma.
