Description: On October 21, 2014, the Plaintiff was arrested on a fabricated allegation of robbery, detained for three days, and subsequently released on bail. After 13 months, the jury found the Plaintiff not guilty of robbery in the second degree but found him guilty of robbery in the third degree. He was sentenced to a term of two to six years in prison. After spending two years, he was released on parole. During the appeal process in 2019, the robbery charge was terminated and in order to end his prosecution, Fraser pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct.
