Description: On March 20, 2013, at approximately 7:55 p.m., plaintiff was unlawfully arrested by NYPD Officers James Passarelli and Dennis Sauceda while walking down the stairs in his apartment building in Brooklyn, NY. Even though he resided in the building and had committed no offenses, plaintiff was unlawfully searched, arrested and taken to a precinct, where the officers falsely informed the District Attorney's office that they had observed plaintiff comitting various crimes. All charges against plaintiff were eventually dismissed.
